In July of 2018, some comrades and I established a camp outside of city hall after failing to take control of a federal ICE building in Philadelphia. After several weeks of occupation of city hall and engaging in several organizing tactics to create pressure on the city, we won concessions from the City of Philadelphia to end a database agreement between ICE and Philadelphia Police.
